Apex Surveyors Ltd were formed in 2007,  by a change of name from Durbin Property Services, a well established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors that had been serving clients throughout South Wales since 1991.

 



We currently undertake a full range of surveys on both residential and commercial property, including our unique auction service, which provides an inspection and report prior to the auction, procurement of quotations for repair and refurbishment work, engagement of contractors and supervision of the work.

Apex Surveyors are also able to provide Energy Performance certificates on both domestic and non-domestic (commercial) property.

We have direct links with Apex Estate Agents and Lettings and are able to offer a comprehensive package, tailored to individual needs.
